Cancellation policy

48 hours notice for all cancellations. If appointments are not kept, and there was no attempt to cancel or reschedule, no future appointments will be made. No call, no shows or both are not rescheduled. A card must be placed on file to book an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or reschedule with 48hrs or less notice a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the card on file (NON REFUNDABLE). Rescheduled appointments will be charged a $25 cancellation/reschedule fee that is also non refundable. **Also, there is a 15minute grace period. If you are more than 15mins late to your appointment you will be required to reschedule. PLEASE CALL OR TEXT IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE. If the timing will hinder my appointments for the rest of that day, we will move you to the next available date. 

Please do NOT arrive MORE than 15 mins early to your appointment... If you are early, please call or text me to see if you are able to come early. If I do not answer, or you ring the bell and there is no response, I am still with another client and you must wait outside or in your car until they leave. THANK YOU ❤
